In response to COVID-19, Willow Tree Osteopathy is requesting your cooperation in the following measures to keep us all safe and healthy:
· If you feel unwell, please cancel your appointment and stay home.
· Contact Health Links-Info Santé if you are symptomatic (i.e. coughing, fever, runny nose, sore throat or shortness of breath) at 1-204-788-9257 or toll free at 1-888-315-9257
· When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your vehicle until I come to the door to let you in. This will ensure that person-to-person contact is limited, and will allow me time to properly clean common surfaces ie. door knobs, handrails etc
· If you are being dropped off, please ask your driver to allow for some waiting time before your appointment
· Remember, wash your hands often, and avoid touching your face!
Every effort will be made to reschedule your appointment when you are feeling better!
